I have many, many of the plano boxes ( white lookin see thru) in different sizes, never counted. One compartment in the boat is for what I need that day, and some always stay there and change out others. Big boxes that flip open with drawers don't work for me.

Plano storage boxes. I have 10 with plastics, 4 with different size jig heads, 1 different hooks, 1 corks, 2 with lead, a couple with cranks and I have 1 with different spike it dips and hemostats. When crappie fishing I store in boat or fix up a soft tackle bag to fit my needs. I also keep a xl tackle bag with all I need to make jig heads. A bag full of different lines. I just throw what I need in boat or tackle bag for trip. I keep some in closet inside and have another outside room for other tackle. All is kept in bins or bags and when I swap species I have a bag and specific rods for that tactic. Bream fishing as of now, but will be flats fishing for trout and redfish soon. I'll mix in largemouth and shoal bass this summer. Fall crappie and stripes, hybrids, white bass mixed in from October through May. I change species to keep a challenge and for different table fare. I also mix in other species of saltwater fish at times.
