I have no doubt that set up would go 33-35. The 4 strokes have slightly more top end than 2 strokes.
I've got a 16' Grumman stick steer, very similar boat to Tracker, with 50hp Tohatsu 2 stroke. It'll GPS 35-37 with 2 people ( I weigh 275 lbs) and average load. The boat had a 40hp Johnson 2 stroke (2 cylinder) on it when I got it. It would run 31-33mph. Both had OEM aluminum props. I do have SS prop now, but top end performance didn't change.
The weight of the driver in front can make a big difference in speed. You're basically sitting on the brakes. A big guy like me limits how much bow lift you get. I could sit in back and a skinny guy could drive and get 2 mph extra.
