I love my Stinger 195!!!! It is so BIG and so much storage. Step up and get the bigger boat. You wont regret it. You get another entire rod box. I have a 115 4-stroke on mine and was told that it would do 50mph. Thats incorrect, try 39mph with all my gear. Its definitely no speed demon, but sooooo nice to fish from! I like my carpet too. Originally i had the same mentality as you about carpet. Carpet is NO problem seriously. I do just as much catfishing as I do crappie fishing and there is an easy fix to the puke and slime. Big rubber mat from tractor supply. They are less than $50. Lay it across the back, cut it to fit, and cut holes where seat pedistals go. This way you can put it in and take it out as needed. Can take it out of boat and wash it off. And then put it right back in.

Couple of questions. Does it have a stainless prop with 38mph? How do you keep the rubber matt from blowing around when running? Also, does the rubber mat have that strong rubber odor or does it go away?
