Will do tomorrow Ricky. I just took a hack saw and cut close to the nut as I dared and then filed down the aluminum. Don't cut the side with the nut retaining plate screw. Pics soon but its easy peasy!

I'm think'n along the lines of replacing the handle with a disk with holes in it ... (Similar to the dial on a old rotory phone)...

Mine will be on my 2 polin rods so it ain't likely I'll need to be doin a lot of reelin anyway ...
