I have done well in day time fishing here on my glow jigs, but for some reason I really have not tried them much at night. After your 8' to 10' down in most lakes it's dark anyway right? I think it depends on the day and lots of things we may not even be aware of. I mean what makes one color great one day and the next just okay while some other color slams them? My biggest crappie on a glow jig is 17" and I had my rod in a holder while I helped a friend with a knot when I heard something and turned around to find my rod bent over with that fish on the line!
