    They are great at being waterproof but I wouldn't submerge them without some sort of casing around them. Here is stuff on ebay to seall it up...

    KB, Thanks for posting this stuff. Looks COOL I've ordered some of this stuff and going try and do several things with it. Submersible lights in white and green and for boat lights white and green for different seasons of night fishing or depending on the bugs. I hope it all works out.I'll keep yall posted.
    Think I'll mount mine on some PVC pipe to hang on the side of the boat instead of gluing dierectly to the boat. The way I fish deep in the brush I'm sure it would get damaged so mine will be removable for day time brush fixhing.
