I also got a surprise in the mail today. I had asked for a piece to look at. He sent me a spool and to top it off some jigs fell in the package. I have some mounted up to one of my ice fishing rods and will give it a test maybe even tomorrow. THANK YOU. I love the jigs also.

I have used braid in the past and would like any of your opinions on crappie seeing the braid and shying from it? I like braid, but have been fishing under the age old assumption that fishing line should be as near invisible as you can get, unless river fishing for catfish. I know in the past i have used flouro leaders, but really feel like that is defeating the purpose of using the braid in the first place. I am just asking for any opinions.
Most men spend their entire life fishing, without realizing its not the fish they are after!
Ehall I fish lake Tenkiller mostly, in oklahoma, it is really clear, one of our top scuba lakes because of clarity. I only fish braid, I have ran braid and floro side by side, I don't see a difference. Catch just as many on braid. All my rods have braid anymore.

I have got a spool of bonehead flow line,it is easy visible fot these eyes,it looks great, will test it out when we get some descent weather,i fish all seasons but now retired so i pick my days. Got some sickel jig hooks, they will be great. I can tell that this line is going to be good, but want to put it on a little less backbone in order to not rip it out of fish.i am and old bass fisherman and still have the habbit of a hard hook set which is not needed with this line, thanks josh

I haven't tried Bonehead yet but will give it a try in the future. The personality braid has takes a little bit of a learning curve due to it's lack of backbone. New products often change this personality I refer to so if you've tried it in the past and not gotten on board, it might be time for another try. The sensitivity I get while fishing deep in cold conditions is worth the down side I experience with the other brand I use. As already stated, braid will outcast mono hands down. The biggest issue i have with any braid is loops on the reel generated when casting and closing the bail. Once you get used to checking the bail real quick the majority of the problems go away. I look forward to using your product Josh, sounds like good stuff. If I'm off the mark on any of this, please bring me up to speed. Things change so much and work keeps me hopping so I don't get it all. Thanks for bearing with me.

Hey guys first would like to thank you all for the comments and orders. Now to answer few questions. We do have all the colors back in stock. The colors we have in 12lb are Orange, Yellow, Dark Green, Black, White and Pink. The heavy line comes in Dark Green 20, 30, 40, 60 and 80lb. When spooling line on my reels I have no special way. I put the spool on dowel rod with spring to hold tension. Then strait from the spool to reel. I have been asked a lot about tip wrapping and looping. I have not had any problems with it. If I did have a problem would be having that fixed quick. That's one thing that will drive a fisherman crazy. I don't know about you guys, but I don't like setting on top of a brush pile untwisting line when the bite is on fire. I have also been asked about backing behind the braided line. I have Presidents on my rods and put it on just like mono. Hope I answered all the question. Please feel free to chime it on the subject. Sorry for not getting on sooner. We are trying to get the new plastics on the market!! Thanks again Josh
