Yes, for now only moderators can use it. I may change that if we like it but the verdict is still out. It's kinda awkward and clumsy (when you click "like", you can't tell you did it until you refresh the page, because of that you end up clicking it again, then you get an error message). And it takes a lot of space on the screen.
