Me and a partner fish 14 baits at a time on 12 rods. I have an 18ft lowe stinger with perotti racks in each corner of the boat. Out back of each side we run a 4ft, 7ft, 10ft out front on each side I run an 18ft, 14ft, and 12ft on inside with two 3 way swivels and two cranks on a 4oz weight as a down rigger. It sounds like a crazy set up but works ver well. The guy in back of the boat has to help me as boat control is critical to keep things in order. It has taken me three years and a lot of playing around to find my most efficient set up. Good luck and put them where its handy and go from there.
