What do you do when she says I want to go katchem like that, You wake her up at 3 30 and go. I found a launch that was a little closer to home but it’s still an 80 mi drive, that’s about my limit for a day trip. We arrived at daylight knowing the crowd would be there on the weekend but only ran across 10 or 12 other boats. We got set up and it was ON, the little ones kept Charline busy till we got farther up the lake than started catching about 1 to 1. The fish were still bunched up and had multiple hook ups all morning bringing home 42. We went to a fish fry supper yesterday evening and a couple of the older fellows mentioned they would like some fish so we made their day and I didn’t have to clean them. I forgot to say we were in Lake Lovelace aka Lake Louie. It looks like it’s time to batten down the hatches we have a couple of twisted sisters coming this way. Y’all stay safe.
