    Default Frogging Friday


    I brought one of the members son and 2 grand sons in the bayou in front of the house. Those 2 young boys had a blast, me and their dad just sat back and laughed our but’s off and ran the boat. I’ve been watching the height of the water in the bayou waiting for the right time to go so we could get under the buttonwood trees to reach the bank. There wasn’t a clean spot on either one of those boys from slipping and sliding on the bank trying to get to the frogs. They ended up catching 76Name: IMG_0667.jpg Views: 631 Size: 105.8 KB

    Awesome time for sure for the young'ns and I'm sure was highly entertaining watching 'em.
    Man, that pile of frog legs just woke up something inside me. Yep, now hungry for frog legs.

    family had a farm with several lakes full of frogs on them and we used to get similar hauls but then the great blue herons came back with a vengeance and then we lost it in inheritance settlement. Havn't had a good place to go since then and I was really drooling looking at the boys ketch!
