Last February, I caught my first 2#er , so I mounted it.....If I catch another, I will probably take a pic & release it.....depending on where I’m fishing.
One point to ponder is it takes a crappie 4 years to reach 10 inches in South.This is from 2 Fishery Biologists, not my opinion....So, if the 2#er is released, how much longer does it have to live?
On a side note, I only keep 10” in or better and would like to see daily limit go to 25/30
