I say da Tic is just a short drive. Slap da cover on my big motor and off down I12 east. Stopped in da big metropolis of Springfield for fuel and ice.

Pulled into the public launch with folks everywhere. Even got a Yahoo blocking a two trailer launch getting his boat ready to launch. Yes, he's more important than all the folks. But dat's all right.

Off to my first spot and I never would have thunk every water craft made was on da Tic today. Ski boats throw da biggest wake.

O yes conditions were perfect. Water is back up and rising. Clear as it gets. Nice strong south east wind too.

All feesh caught tight line. Missed a for sure world record feesh at da boat. Counted 3 or 4 taps with no hook up. Dat rest of da feesh thump was solid.
