Thread: The Ticfaw river

Made a quick trip to the Tic dis afternoon.
Launch at 1600. Only one trailer in da parking lot. Wildlife & Fisheries. Looked like Biologists.
Conditions were perfect. Hot with a pleasant cool breeze. Water was nice as it gets. No tide movement dat I could tell ;(

Hit my first spot and got two keepers in da boat. Ran to my next spot and a fish person on it. ;( On to the next spot. Just throw back feesh. ;(

Gotta make a move. Going to the lake area halfwaythere and the black clouds are rolling in. I look at the radar and it don't look good. Flipped a cypress and bam fish in da cooler. Then bam bam. Not feesh but thunderstorm.

Made it to the landing with just a few drops. Looks to me the rain played out.
