That's sad....seems to me like maybe after he launched the boat he noticed it filling with water (forgot the drain plug???)....then maybe he tried to put it back on the trailer and had difficulties, so..... maybe then, he jumped in the water to put the plug in....regardless, it is a senseless loss....

Anyway, there is a lesson here for all of us to learn.....
