Well I thought I left this behind when I moved. Not!! A few pics from my yard(it got about 2 ft deeper and covered the road and the 4 driveway lights at my neighbors,in the first pic.), looking north from the bridge at Savannah Tn. and the Pickwick dam. 3.6 million gallons a second.Sending it to y'all by way of the Tn. river to the Ohio river to the Mississippi river.Being originally from south Louisiana, I can say the Mississippi river will be up until at least June in Baton Rouge. Ruins a lot of good fishing in the Atchafalaya basin.

For me JR it's back yard water property. I'm lucky, I'm on a hill. Hate to say it, but our "fanciest" restaurant in town has water in the second floor. Oh well, no more fine dining for a while. The owner happens to be our next door neighbor.

Good Lord! Water everywhere. Praying for everyone negatively affected and suffering losses. It's merely an inconvenience for me. It is life altering for others.

Romans 6:23
Y'all will be getting soon enough Marty. The official level has dropped one foot. At least it is going down. Will be a month before the lake clears. Right now they are recommending staying at least 2 miles from the dam on either side. If you break down in the lake the current is strong enough to take you through the dam. Actually had 2 guys die last year going through it. Me, I think I will just wait a while before going in the lake or river. Gonna try some small lakes north of here soon.
