Thread: Got a little more than supper!

I worked late last night, so I decided to sleep in and go a little later. Left the house about 9:30 this morning for Lake Martin. Pulled up 5 minutes later and there were more trucks then water to fish, so I decided to head to Bayou Amy. Started fishing about 10:30 and had 6 keepers within the first hour. Just when I start telling myself I had supper; I got more than that! A broken trolling motor!🤬 I was trolling along when all the sudden it just quit, forcing me to throw in the towel. Got home and tested the battery, but everything was good there. Guess i’ll Be tearing it down tomorrow to figure out my issue. I’ll take the bad with the good, cause I’m eating fresh crappie tonight with a little backstrap from one of the deer I killed this winter.
