I don’t make it to the north shore much, to busy learning the south shore but here is what I can offer....Read and search here and all over the net... I have countless hours reading and you tubing videos to learn this art of chasing this tasty Sacs and still have a lot to learn but willing to share.... and then get out there and stick and move, catch a few and then they stop bitting - switch colors, if nothing, move to next spot that’s like the one you just left and repeat. Sacs always bite up not down... if 6ft deep, I start at 5 then 4 then 3 etc... this time of year I start shallow and then move deep and flip it when it’s cold. And hook sets are free, feel something - set hook, slack in line - set hook, line goes side ways - set hook... good luck and welcome and we looking forward to seeing some reports with pics.
