    Tight line with a 1/4 ounce bullet weight above a bobber stop. Have the stop no more than a couple inches above your hook. Lower it straight in and out of the limbs. If hung yo yo it until it come loose.

    There are some members here that pour some of these.

    I also use "Slide off Weedguards" in # 2 size for # 2 jigs. Works great with minnows of plastics. Watch the video to see how they work.

    Redge make some with a ball keeper rather than the hook. The hook tends to tear up the bait more so than the ball keeper.
