If you get an American Angler be sure and get one made in Walnut Ridge AR and get you a set of their shark blades too. They will be expensive but I think they have been well worth the price. I clean a lot of big crappie, about a 100lbs of filets a year, and mine will get so hot that I have to wear a glove on my hand just to keep going. But I've had mine now for 3 or 4 years and I'm amazed with what I put it through that it's still going. But a word of caution, I bought my son in law one for Christmas a couple of years back off of eBay it came from Grizzly Jig and I bought it because it was the cheapest I could find. However, it's a Chinese knock off and isn't worth a dang. The shark blades that came with it won't cut either and don't even look like my blades, also Chinese knock offs.
