    Default Structure

I've got a couple of spots I want to sink some brush. Looking for opinions of what type of brush is best.

I’ve been thinking about trying this also and have researched quite a bit. From everything I’ve seen, you’ll get a different answer from all kinds of people. The best I’ve been able to deduce, I think the structure that produces best is going to be dictated by the lake and your local crappie. There are obviously differences in which structures are easier to fish than others, but from what I’ve found the best approach to find out what produces the best is to treat it like an experiment and try several types (and of course, some locations just work better than others too). Some lakes/areas the crappie just don’t seem to prefer bamboo, but in others it produces great. The same is true for reports I’ve seen of all the various structures. I have yet to see one that seems to universally be “the best”. Hope this helps.

Thanks Redge, I was thinking about sinking some more buckets but didn't have any extra PVC, and don't wont to spend money on some just to sink it, but I have plenty of old house laying around!
