Thread: Battery type/size for LED Submersible Light

This one would do you for a good 24 hours... But, I just run my LEDs on the trolling motor battery cause its getting recharged regularly anyway... 12 Volt 35 Amp Deep Cycle Battery

I just built 2 green LED lights myself 18" long X 2" diameter and use a small 12v battery for a lawnmower or 4 wheeler, so far they will work for 2 consecutive nights with out a charge. I used them in Toledo Bend last week and at one point during the night I had the largest bait ball of shad and minnows I ever seen, from the top of the brush pile to the surface 18'. The only problem was no Sac A Lait only Gar and Catfish. The story of my life I should have been there last week. Chip
