    Default Flat Lake Suprise

Found black water around flat lake yesterday. this was the first time I had ever been here, and couldn't believe how there was a spot in the basin with this clean of water, as high and muddy as it is everywhere else. ended up with 24 sac-a-lait, and 27 goggle-eye and shell cracker. caught tight lining bobby garland in Cajun-cricket and #1 jig of the day was the gray ghost hair jig tied by Pastor!

trying my best, putting the salters to the test! It was my favorite way to catch them, punching grass mats! it still amazes me how quick they will hit a jig after you make the hole.
