Default Whisky Bay, shiners on the menu

Never had much luck with live bait, then again I don't usually bring any. Got spolled up with my diy minner bucket. Took me a while to find my groove but managed a nice mess today. Ran out of bait and went to jigs. Got snubbed. You can bet there will be some shiners on my boat next time I go. Beautiful day to be out. Good luck to y'all!

Very nice mess of fish. I like that minner box. Can you give us a few more pictures of it?

Here you go. I used some banding material to attach it to the cooler. 1/4" hole placed where it won't interfere with the handle and whall-ahh! Got under 20 bucks invested in it and it worked great.

Luv the idea of using the Coleman.....but I gave up on the aerators...just too much noise and vibrations in the boat....I believe fish can hear or feel the noise the aerators make and spooks them away....I prefer now to just add ice to cool the shiners and put oxygen in the water....

It does make a little bit of noise so I put it sitting on a life jacket to dampen it from the boat. The fish didn't seem to mind. I ended up with 16 and left them biting (ran out of shiners). All tight lining with a 10 ft B&M.
