Here's one of his northern cousins. This one was caught on the Detroit River while jigging for walleye in the spring. Went 32". They are my favorite fish for eating and they fight like crazy. I caught one out of a local river that was 26" and it had a 11 1/2" sucker in it's stomach.

How do you clean the fish and deal with all the bones?
