    Default Old River Morganza

Fished black n Chart (ran out of black n green n chart)tubes 8'-10' deep.

Some spots the bar fish wouldn't leave my jig alone. Must of landed 6 goo. Kept one nice cat.

Nice catch. I was out there til 12:30 but couldn't find anything but throw backs and only a couple keepers. Some reason I have a hard time finding them when the MS river stage is over 20 ft. I was also fishing with shiners.

I fished Friday. I had plenty of throw backs too. Kept a couple that I should have thrown back.
Had a fellow fishing around me with shiners. He said he had 17 keepers at noon when I left. He complained about the bars fish and gar eating up his shiners.
