    Default Old River Morganza

Made my first trip of the year to da river. Conditions were perfect, gale force winds, white capes on the water.

Ran into the woods across from the landing and picked up one here and one there. Most all good fish. Only threw back 6 or 8 sacs a dozen or so small green trout.Did catch 3 real nice goo for the grill.

Caught two 2pounders back to back.Had a big bass break my line. Went straight for the trees.

Ended the day with a dozen keepers. All caught on blue n white tube on a 1/16 oz. minnow head jig tight lined.

First pic is of the ball park. Pretty place for sure.

I'm thinking you could catch sacs in the road ditches.
