Default Anywhere to launch around Monroe?

Wanting to test drive a used boat today, is there anywhere around Monroe to launch? I know Poverty Point in Delhi is open, but I'm sure it's white capping today.

Try the spillway launch on Cheniere in West Monroe. Nice open area along the road so you can open it up.

Speaking of Cheniere how high is the water level in the Lake? This lake is very good when wind lake advisories are in effect because of Cypress and Tupelo Gum. There are not many Launching places when the water is high.

Almost sure you can't get to the spillway from either side right now.
