I've got several .22's, they all shoot good, and I've killed snakes with them, but when that devil is trying to escape I'm much more confident in a pie plate shot pattern than I am with a laser. The High Standard double nine and Dan Wesson revolvers I have are both accurate but in my case it's just a matter of preference.
