Thread: Blind on the Blind

Decided to fish a new area that I've always wanted to try after passing it countless times headed to work over the past 10 years. Put in at St. James boat club and headed to bourgeois canal. Lot of boats flying past us headed to the back. When we got to the back everybody was fishing their way out of the dead ends and when asked they didn't get a bite. We ended the day with 8 keeper sacs and 4 goggleyes. Lost two sacs and threw three back. All in all not bad for first trip to a new spot. All caught on pink and white hair jig 18-24 inches deep.
