Well finally made it back to the Mermentau River on Saturday-2-13-16.Was able to pick up 33 fish in about 1-2 ft of water using shiners.Fish caught around cypress knees.Looking forward to next trip out.

Nice catch. Good to see they are starting up over there too. I have a camp on Lake Arthur and fish there regularly. If you ever see a blue alumacraft with a 50 yamaha and CDC stickers stop and say Hi. You fishing north or south.
