hey, just wanted to throw this out there and really didn't know where to put it. normally everyone meets at the cleaning station, which is directly next to the boat ramp in the state park, each evening to clean fish and tell tall tales. there will be several of us that will have electric knives rolling. i will have a couple of extras if anyone needs them. i will also have my SKINZIT here each night if anyone wants to test drive it. remember we now have 4 SKINZITS for door prizes. i will also have plenty of gallon ziploc freezer bags to put your fish in if you need some. anyway---this is some of the best visiting we do is at the cleaning station. can't wait to see everyone, and catch up on what's going on.

so, just a question, I just joined this summer, so have not been to one of the Darbonne meetings. I am sure i would not be able to come fish, but if a person was able to get loose to just come and meet everyone and vist would that be okay, or is it kinda a fishing only gathering?

Why certainly.....that's what it is all about.....well, lets don't forget the eating part.....fishing is just to fill in the time till time to eat and visit....come on up....you will love it....

if ya need a bunk, I still have a couple in my cabin. also, we will be at cabin #9 for supper on Friday and Saturday nights. start around 7, give or take. this is the first cabin on the left when you hit the cabin loop. just look for the big banner and all the trucks. I can guarantee you you won't find a better group of guys and gals. and we eat like kings. LOL

Come on up and join us! As prefers shiners said, the fishing is just to fill in the time between visiting and eating!
