Went Thursday 9th fished the north end. Water is still high but looked good. Fished with crickets no sacs but did get a few cats and a bream. It was nice to put something in the boat and fresh fish for supper!!!!

Nice mess of catfish. They ain't crappie, but they will eat too. How did you cook them? Do you have a recipe or do you "shoot from the hip?" I like to bake fish from time to time.

Pastor, all I do is pat them as dry as possible, put in pan season with Tony's, Worcestershire sauce, a dab of butter, lemon juice, and garlic. Then bake at 350 for 15 to 30 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are until flakey. good with garlic bread!!!
