Update: August 10. Left house 7 am, picked up brother in Vinton at 10. Got to Methodist Hosp in Houston at 12:15 pm. Reported to Dr. and filled paperwork out 35 minutes. Finally see Dr. at 2 pm. After consult and some kind of scope, back in office. Bad news, needs surgery to cut out 8 inches of colon. Good news, should take care of it without chemo or radiation. Schedule for Aug.21. Then take care of more paper work and pre-op work. Finally leave at 6 pm. Stop for bite in Beaumont and drop brother off at 9 pm. Get home at 11:40. Long day, after only sleeping from 4:30 am to 6:30 am. Very tired, but keyed up. Please pray some more. Will be in hosp. 7 days. Tried reserving campground while brother in pre-op. Closest so far 28 miles away. Pray for a closer campground opening also, please. Danny
