I currently use a Mister Twister filet knife and have been having it or years. Has held up extremely well. My blades seem to be getting dull. It's harder and harder to cut thru bones and scales. I looked up new blades on amazon for about $9 , but a whole new knife and blades are only $20. Then I see the Pirahna for $40. What do ya'll use?
