    Those look great. Thats the style of jigs I like to use. I need to start tying them too. I use to buy them from Mr JD Courtney until he passed. My favorite for muddy water is black head and body with green wings. That color is deadly on Lacassine Bayou.

    Jig/fly tying is definitely on my list of things to learn how to do! It's always just a little sweeter when you make it yourself! Love em!!!

    Nice ties! Guys learning how to tie is not all that hard, but learning all you need to know is part of the problem and even what materials to use for best jigs! There are a lot of tiny tricks that make a okay jig to a really good looking jig! I am talking about every part of tying and even a small thing like what end of the chenille to tie in as it does make a big difference in looks especially using Rayon.

    I wish more guys lived close enough to me that I could actually give some lessons. It's harder to teach via typing or even talking on the phone although I have done that too!
