Thread: toledo

I was thinking about fishing the chicken coop this weekend but don't know if the action was good there or not. I was out there two weekends ago caught a couple 14" slabs but nothing else. The water was still muddy on LA side then but don't have time to check throughout week days because I'm down at Fort polk. Any news would be much apreciated.

The chicken coop has never really turned on this year. All of the rain has got the water stained and not enough cold weather is hurting the fishing there. I have heard of a couple of guys doing decent but no limits. But hey you got to go to know! If you do go, please leave a report - good or bad.
