Thread: A little luck

in Henderson yesterday. Finally got a day to get out. Tried fishing for sacs along pilings and some lay downs north but I just cant catch a sac. Tried hair jigs and regular plastic - nothing would work. Not giving up though - where's that dead horse lol. I did manage to catch a couple of keeper green trout, one dink, a goo, and of course there's always the one that got away - a really nice one.. Caught all on a KVD 1.5 square - perch color - around stumps and laydowns north Pelba - Opelousas bay area. Only fished east bank and from 11 - 2:30. Power trim went out on water A special thanks to the guys at Basin Landing for helping me get the transom saver on the motor. Happy fishing all.
