    Default Tip of The Day

Check your batteries before ya head out.

My cranking battery bite the dust.Had to use my foot motor battery to crank with.

This cold weather will show a weak battery

Be sure you fully charge all of your batteries before this freezing weather hits. Fully charged batteries will survive if charged.

Sorry. Freezing temps. A charge battery won't freeze and crack the case.

If it hits minus 76 degrees there will be more important things to worry about, like staying alive.

Also drop your lower unit down to lowest point if you have it on a transom saver support. There is always water remaining in there that doesn't drain out if supported. If it gets cold enough it could crack the housing. ~~<*{{{{<<
