Enjoy the church fair JR, those are always fun. I'm not sure when I'll be able to get out as I will have my first cataract removed on the 10th of Nov. Maybe the week before while Linda is on a girls only vacation.

Will go when the eye heals. You can get up front now that you'll be able to see.

It's not too bad Gene, a little scratchy for the first few days. Stay on the drops. Had my first one done 1 1/2 years ago, the second was done last November. Apparently I was combative during the first one so they put me down during the procedure. The second one - it was a given, put me down first thing for that too. All is good now. Excellent vision, 20-20, the replacement lens even have a UV filter. I was told that the blue-eyed blond hair folks who spend a lot of time in the sun get it quick. Good luck my friend, keep us posted.

JR if I can see I'll even bring my boat.

Thanks Randy. The lens I will be getting will be the UV version. They will do my dominate eye first. When they do the second one they will use an implant that will also correct my astigmatism. The right eye will be for distance seeing and the left eye with the astigmatism correction will be for close viewing. Sounds like a plan and praying that it all comes together.
