    I cut one of those out of a tree by Hancock's old landing at Bonne Idee in winter time and kids took it to school. Sprayed it good in case any came too.

    Great pics and thanks for the report. You brought back a lot of good memories for me. Thanks. I used to love to fish the different sections of the Bonne Idee. It was one of my favorite places because of the beautiful scenery. Were you fishing one of the sections close to Oak Ridge or one of the sections out from Merouge?

    I'm fishing out of the upper section off hwy 2. They catch a lot of fish in the middle section but there is usually more competition there also. I haven't fished the lower end lately, went once this spring and didn't do any good
