If you use shiners you are feeding them...if you use jigs you are catching them ! Fooling the fish with fake lures is half the fun !

Who/what "catch" better fish? LOL
Used to ocassionally try shiners (once or twice a year) when the bite slowed way down on jigs.
Never had much luck with shiners, haven't bought any in about 5 years.
Caught more gar and small bass with them instead of sac's
