Thursday-I'll make something like chile or red beans/rice for the early arrivals

Friday-Sauce Picante and a BIG appetite

Saturday-I'll wait to see what we're short on

Never had it grilled but after last year, I don't see how I could vote any other way than FRIED!!!

I'll bring Cole slaw for Saturday night like I usually do.I will watch the post and if it looks like we are missing anything I will bring whatever we need. Will bring some sweet tea. May see about bringing a smoked pork loin. Will have to see if Bonnies fishes Friday or not. If she doesn't we'll get it ready and she can put it in the smoker. She is pretty good at smoking all kinds of things. Even smoked some Conacuh smoked sausage on the smoker. Talk about good.
