Default Strangest bait on which you've caught a crappie

Hello all! I was fishing a local farm pond for bass this evening with a 4 inch Stik-O (Bass Pro version of a Senko) in a junebug color. I was catching a few but not killing them by any means. I had a bite, set the hook and when I reeled it in it was a rather large crappie- probably 14 inches. I had no idea a crappie would bite the Stik-O or a bait that was 4 inches. Definitely an unexpected catch. So I got to wondering what was the strangest bait on which you've caught a crappie? Thanks in advance for sharing your tale!

Caught a big Black Crappie on a 4" Gene Larew Craw ... "worm fishing" for Bass.

Had a buddy catch a big White Crappie on a 1/2oz white spinnerbait ... Bass fishing (same lake).

Caught them on Rebel Wee R's (crawfish color) while trolling for Hybrid Stripers, too. (different lake)

Multiple 10 to 12 inch black crappie on a 5 1/2" Rebel original minnow with blue back and silver belly. Fishing spawning crappie right against the bank and cypress knees.

Big Black Jitterbug while Bass fishing ~10:30pm full moon used to love watching Bass doing their "Jaws" maneuver when they would come up to take the bait.

piece of worm on a bream hook under a cork seems strange to me, but we pick one up like that sometimes.
