    Fish Fry.
    Pulled a couple of bags out of the box and a good time was had by all.

    looking good JR.....do you use regular corn meal or packaged fish fry.....I see the cayenne pepper....

    I usually use 2 parts cornmeal and 1 part flour. I used equal parts cornmeal and corn flour this time. That's toney's seasoning. doesn't really matter with this crowd. They like plenty of hot sauce and ketchup.

    That's excellent JR, hats off to you. That's the exact same frying set up I have taken to the Toledo Bend gatherings - and it works just fine, doesn't it? Let's see pictures of the final outcome. Thanks for posting.
