Do a voltage drop test at the starter. Both B+ and negative side. And go from there. HTH

The above mentioned things are the first things to check. but you mentionedyou cranked several times before the trouble developed. It is Exactly what I experianced. My Problem was a faulty Rectifier that charges the battery when the motor was running. the alternator and voltage regulator did their job but the bad Rectifier wouldnt recharge leading to a battey not fully charged. Cost of my OEM Rectifier $69 on E-Bay
