The outboard folks are nice for the most part and don't bother me. They even help me tote my boat to the water on occasion.

Thanks for the welcome, mermentau. Launching at I-10 just seemed convenient and free. I hope to give it a try in the next week or so. I was thinking about just launching there and heading South to some of the dead end canals.
