Didn't get my first bite until 3 o clock.catfish were bitting like crazy all day,but didn't want any of those.between 4 and 5 we picked up 6 nice fish,the bite looked like it was picking up butthe rain forced us out.we were fishing between 12 and 14 feet deep in about 20 fow.fishing area around buzzard roost,but I don't think anybody had much luck today

Since you mention catfish, what were they biting and where? I crappie fish but fast action catfishing is fun too? Usually do not have as much competions for spots to catfish.

They were bitting shinners in 14 fow around buzzard roost area.i talked to a few other guys that were fishing other places and the catfish were bitting everywhere
