    Default another busted trip


    My new boat ain't working out too well. I went to Crooked Creek near Pine Prairie this morning. did not catch a fish. I hooked one early on a jig under a cork and he got off. And that was IT.

    that's 5 fishing trips in the last 30 days with only 1 fish to show for it. Man I'm having a tough time.

    Just hang in there. You and i can go together one day and maybe each get skunked. It will get better. Tough time of year right now.

    Good now I don't feel so bad. I was at C.C. this morning too. I spider rigged in the main lake from the dam to the beach for 2 hours, then threw a cork and a jig for a while. 0 White Perch. I did catch 2 bass after that on a spinner bait. I loaded up and left just before the rain hit.

    Sorry, forgot to tell you that for 6 months you are done. It will get better when you pass on the trophy. (at least that's my excuse. Still using it.)

    Sell the boat...lol... There is such a thing as an unlucky boat... I know from experience ...or you can keep it until it becomes lucky.. Then it's the best boat ever
