It Is an eel,,,, In the Lampree family.. I caught several fish in Brackish water that had the marks where one had been attached, When I lived in Florida. The fish eel has a mouth similar to a Lizzard, I have caught enough of them to fill a 55 Gal Drum. The St Johns River is full of them. Comercial Fishermen send them to Japan By the Ton
